6/18 & 6/19 1776 / Little Theatre of Manchester at Cheney Hall
June 18 and 19 - 1776 – Directed and Choreography by Joe Keach-Longo and Music Director, Kim Aliczi.
A woman late 20's and a woman late 30's, and 26 men ages 16 to 76 – not all men need to be singers. There
is very little movement and the roles are varied in size and experience. This is a perfect show for a man who
wants to try doing a musical. Auditioners should have a prepared up-tempo and ballad. An accompanist is
provided. Please bring sheet music to your song. A cappella singing, instrumentals on CD, Tape, iPod, MP3
Player or digital recorder will not be allowed. Sides will be provided.
Performance dates: November 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, and 18. Rehearsals will start on August 29 and will
be held Monday through Thursday evenings with an occasional Saturday or Sunday rehearsal. All auditions

6/1, 6/2 You're A Good Man Charlie Brown / NCTC
NCTC Announces Auditions for Upcoming Teen Musical
The Newington Children’s Theatre Company has announced auditions for their Summer Teen Musical
Program, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Auditions for teens, ages 15-18, will be held by appointment on
June 1st from 6:30-8:30pm, and June 2nd, from 10:00am-1:00pm. Each audition will last approximately five
minutes. Callbacks will be held on June 2nd, beginning at 3:00pm. Teens are asked to prepare a comedic
monologue and musical theatre song of their choice, not to exceed combined time of three minutes.
Based on the beloved Charles M. Shultz comic strip, Peanuts, YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, will be
directed by Christa Pizzoferrato and choreographed by Jessie Sattler. Rehearsals will be held July 2 through
July 29, Monday through Thursday from 6:00-9:00pm and Fridays from 6:00-8:00pm. Performances will be July
27-29, Friday and Saturday at 7:00pm and Saturday and Sunday at 2:00pm.
Auditions, rehearsals and performances will be held at the NCTC Performing Arts Theatre located at 743 North
Mountain Road in Newington. Please note while there is no cost to audition, if cast, there is at $250
